This is a proposal that I hope will induce my professor to permit me to crate a blog as an independent study project that will earn three credits toward the completion of my Bachelors degree in fine arts.
I think it could be a great way to document the progress of my work and give exposure to others who have traveled the road to the BFA with me,
I plan to publish images of the work of myself and others (with their permission), videos, links, and news. It should be interactive and informative with an added bit of humor; I hope to share what I have learned on my journey and to learn from those who interact through this medium. I appreciate and encourage comments.
It is my ambition to gain a “following” of like minded people as well as encourage others to create blogs of their own. I hope that the conversations that occur here will promote new directions and encourage constructive feedback.
It seems that I am always starting over, beginning again, and again. I started a blog in early August as an individual project for a three credit course. It was going along pretty well until I put in the wrong password-since then trying to rectify the problem has become a problem- so I decided to just start the whole thing over. It really isn't much different that painting, whether it's going well or not going well it is always beginning again.
I'll be inviting my friends to join this site-again.
